Stepsonlineorthotics.com ships single pair orders to any destination in the continental contiguous United States for a flat rate as specified in the checkout process. Shipping and handling charges for multiple pairs and destinations outside the continental U.S. are based on order quantity and destination and will appear during the checkout process. Most orders will be shipped within 5-7 days of placing order.
Return/Exchange Policy
Unmodified LittleSTEPS Orthotics, littleSTEPS Gait Plates and Quadrasteps purchased from Stepsonlineorthotics.com can be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Call 203-725-6179 for return authorization and shipping instructions. Refunds/credits do not include shipping costs and taxes. Pairs that have been modified with topcovers or any adjustments cannot be returned or exchanged.
